SEPANG, AUG 28: The Sepang Municipal Council (MPSp) has organised a motorcycle convoy programme to four local districts in conjunction with the 60th Independence Day this August 31.
Its Yang Dipertua, Dato’ Mohd Puasa Md Taib said, the two-days programme involved 60 local riders.
Interestingly, the riders will be carrying the Malaysian flag to cheer the celebration.
He said, the programme is also being organised to promote Pesta Pantai Bagan Lalang which will be held on September 9 – 10.
“The Pesta Pantai is held to attract more visitors to Bagan Lalang Beach besides promoting the tourism product in Sepang District.
“Various interesting activities will be organised on that day, among them are, Silat Pantai Antarabangsa, Beach Football, Obstacle Run, Tug of War and Local Artists’ Performances,” he said in a statement.
Among the celebrities who will be performing are the Sakura Band and other local musicians.
