SHAH ALAM, SEPT 19: The first big tides are expected to take place tomorrow until Friday in five high-risk districts, namely Klang, Sabak Bernam, Kuala Selangor, Sepang and Kuala Langat.
State Government Secretary, Dato Mohd Amin Ahmad Ahya said, the preparatory instructions for the disaster were issued following the expected phenomenon of the disaster.
He said the phenomenon was expected to take place until next December.
“For the Klang district, the area is expected to involve Pengkalan Tok Muda, Batu 14 Kapar Road, Sementa, Port Klang, Pandamaran Road, Banting and Taman Selat Damai.
“For Sabak Bernam, only three areas are expected involving Tebuk Mendeling, Sungai Ayer Tawar and Sungai Panjang,” he said in a statement.
In addition, Mohd Amin said four areas in Kuala Selangor were Tanjung Karang, Kampung Kuantan, Pantai Remis and Pekan Sungai Buloh.
He said three areas in Kuala Langat were the coast of Pantai Bagan Lalang, Sepang and Pantai Kelanang as well as the coast of Tanjung Sepat.
