SHAH ALAM, 16 Apr: A blogger club will help spread the importance of Zakat in the Jelajah Kasih (Love Tour) programme.
The Ben Ashaari blogger club, which consists of members from various backgrounds, will participate in programmes organised by the Selangor Zakat Board (LZS).
It provides exposure about distribution to those contributing to the Zakat, in addition to obtaining effective feedback.
Zakat issuers such as corporate companies can also share experiences of distribution by visiting the Baitul Hasanah Complex and the Selangor Zakat Senior Citizen’s Nursing Centre.
Baitul Hasanah is a hostel for poor and needy children, consisting of students from primary four to secondary four.
