SHAH ALAM, 22 Feb: It will be ensured that the quality of the infrastructure from Jalan Batu Arang heading towards Tasik Puteri is in good condition to ensure the safety of road users.
The Selangor Exco for Infrastructure and Public Amenities, Zaidy Abdul Talib, said that the results of the survey will be channelled to the relevant parties for further action.
“I will send my officer to these roads to find out who is responsible for this area.
“If it is in the area of the Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS), I will channel it to PKNS for further action.
“If it is outside the jurisdiction of PKNS, I will inform the Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) to repair the road or install street lights,” said Zaidy when contacted by Selangor Kini.
Zaidy also hopes that the residents in Selangor are sensitive to infrastructural issues in their respective areas and any complaint from residents are always welcomed.
He explained that these infrastructural issued will not be solved without information from the public.
“It is impossible for me to visit all road crevices around Selangor, and that is why I need information from the public. It is very appreciated,” added Zaidy.
