MBSJ Raided Three Massage Parlours For Vice

SHAH ALAM, August 31st: The Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) raided three massage parlours yesterday for being involved with vice activities, offering services such as prostate (ED) massages and sex.

During the raid, MPSJ Enforcement Department Director Major (Rtd.) Mohd Rasip Rasul said a masseuse was exposed for offering sexual services.

According to Major Rasip, interrogations found that that these business owners were offering the said services at the price of RM120 to RM180, and more.

“We have taken stern actions by impounding three sets of massaging equipments and closed these parlours down. A parlour keeper, a senior masseuse of Chinese nationality, and a local man were handed over to the police for further actions,” he said.

Another establishment was also raided for operating for two months in SS15, Subang Jaya without any licenses.

Three massaging equipments were seized, and these businesses were shut down as they violated the MPSJ 2007 Health Care and Beauty Bylaw for operating unlicensed.

The two-hour operation was led by the MPSJ Assistant Enforcement Officer, Ravintran, along with 23 other authorities and police officers from the SS17 Police Station, Subang Jaya.

Another parlour with a valid license was shut down for offering esoteric massage services to their clients.

The parlour’s shop keeper, two masseuses of Thai nationalities, and a local man were arrested.

MPSJ had seized three sets of massaging equipment and closed the parlour down for violations.

The maximum fine of RM1,000 is imposed on these three establishments for each offence.
