PANTAS changes movement of daily work, visits Kelantan every week

SHAH ALAM, 12 Jan: The Selangor Humanitarian Aid Mission Association (PANTAS) changed their daily working movement to weekly for the cleaning operation in Taman Orkid, Kuala Krai, following the school session, which starts today.

The PANTAS Director General, Hamsah DJabir, when contacted, said that the cleaning will be done until completed because Taman Orkid is the adopted area of the organisation.

“We all are committed because children have returned to school. After this, we will focus on cleaning up the residential park during the weekends; Friday, Saturday and Sunday,” he said when contacted by Selangor Kini.

Hamsah said that PANTAS has 70 registered volunteers and will be broken down into 30 people per mission to facilitate the work management.

He said that PANTAS has already been at Taman Orkid Since January 9 for the second session of the post-flood aid mission, which ends today.
