Located at SJK (Tamil) Ladang Midlands, the event was also attended by the President of the Malaysian Tamil Foundation, A. Ragavan.

Cooperation with the Malaysian Tamil Foundation is a continuation of the sponsorship programme where 830 white boards worth RM400,000 were given to 94 SJKTs in Selangor, Negeri Sembilan and Perak in 2012.
