PNSB FC defends FAS Cup championship through penalty kick

SHAH ALAM: Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad (PNSB FC) defended their championship after defeating Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS FC).

The final match of the Super League Cup (FAS) at the Shah Alam Stadium recently witnessed a robust counter-attack before PKNS FC scored a goal at the 72nd minute.

One player from PNSB FC was flashed the red card early in the first half, they equalised the points through a penalty kick in the 88th minute.

The match went into extra time and had to been decided on penalty kicks.

The excellent goalkeeper who saved two penalty kicks allowed PNSB FC to win 4-2.

PNSB FC consists of some young players from the PNSB Football Academy.

Also watching the game was the Exco for Young Generation Development and Sports, Amirudin Shari, and the FAS Vice President, Datuk Emran Kadir.
