SHAH ALAM, 29 Sept: The Selangor Water Supply Company Sdn Bhd (SYABAS) informed that some areas in Petaling and Hulu Langat will experience temporary water disruption while the upgrading of the water supply system is being implemented.
The General Manager of Corporate Communications & Public Affairs, Priscilla Alfred, advised consumers to make preparations by storing enough water to face the temporary water supply disruption and use water prudently through the disruption period.
“At the same time, SYABAS is asking consumers who contacted the SYABAS Call Centre (PUSPEL) to be patient if you have to wait a bit longer before the call is answered due to the PUSPEL telephone line congestion,” said Priscilla in a statement earlier.

HULU LANGAT REGION
UPGRADING WORKS I
Installation of three 600mm butterfly valves in Kuala Langat at the U-turn area at Taman Cheras Jaya; Tanjung Balai and in front of SRK Sungai Besi Indah, Balakong.
