According to him, the centre was first run by Ahmad Zawawi Jurimi, who is also a cowhide businessman , after he gained approval by the DVS to use the Sungai Nibong Small Veterinary Centre.

“As of 10 November 2012, Ahmad Zawawi started operations at a premises called D’Bernam Kiosk.

“What’s more commendable is that he took out personal capital amounting to RM36,000 for renovations so that it became a more suitable sales collection centre.

“Later on, DVS upgraded in two stages in 2013 and 2014 at a cost of nearly RM100,000,” he said on May 30.
