MONDAY, 7 Oct: Some areas in Kuala Lumpur and Gombak will experience temporary water supply disruptions due to reparation works being done to the Wangsa Maju Pump House.
The SYABAS Corporate Communications & Public Affairs Department Assistant General Manager, Priscilla Alfred said, reparation works have been scheduled to be completed within 8 hours, starting from 7 October at 10.00pm to 6.00am the following day.
“SYABAS hopes that consumers affected by the temporary disruption will be patient with the inconvenience because the repairs need to be done to prevent damage and a larger (scale) water supply disruption,” she said in a media statement.
Priscilla also advised consumers to store enough water and use water prudently during the disruption.
