The PKR Communications Director, Fahmi Fadzil, said that the auditor’s report, which is issued three times a year, is important in finding a solution in helping ease the people’s burden so that not only a particular group gets to enjoy the country’s wealth, but it should be equally distributed to all.

“We will look at the Auditor General’s Report which is presented three times a year. So, I think that we will be able to see new issues raised and this year, we will focus of economic issues experienced by the people.

“PKR will continue to take a very clear stand on matters such as the GST, where the Understand GST and Reject GST campaigns have been launched on 20 December, and we will take the next step.

“For example Rafizi Ramli (Director of Strategy) is training a group of staff to disseminate and provide information to the public on how the GST will harm the people of Malaysia,” he told Selangor Kini today.

In terms of the party’s internal rules, Fahmi informed that PKR will hold the party elections between March and May this year.

The last time the PKR elections were held was in 2010, and the exact date will be announced later, followed by the PKR Convention to introduce the new leadership of the party to members.
