SHAH ALAM, 29 JUNE: Today, Chief Minister, Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim wishes every Muslim in Selangor a happy fasting month and prosperous celebration of Ramadan.
Statement on the status of his Facebook and Twitter, he also would like to wish a good first “sahur” of the Ramadan month.
“Have a good sahur in this holy month of Ramadan. My wish is that everyone is able to fulfil this month with sincerity and good will,” he said.
On the 27th June, Keeper of the King’s Sermon, Datuk Seri Syed Danial Syed Ahad, announced that all Muslims will require to start fasting today, according to orders from Yang Dipertua Agong.
