BATU PAHAT, 19 Sept: Parties in the Pakatan Rakyat (PR) coalition should always discuss with party allies before taking drastic action rather than act alone.
The Executive Councillor in charge of Agricultural Modernisation and Religion, Sallehen Mukhyi, was disappointed because some parties in the coalition did that to a point that it had negative impact on other allies.
“If we were to work together, let us really work together. Do not only want to work together when a new problem arises and do not cause problems to other allies in PR.
“Let us work together from the beginning, in a transparent manner,” he said when discussing the keynote address from the PAS President at the 60th PAS Annual Conference here at Parit Salleh Ros.
He is of the opinion that members can reject leaders who they deem to have failed to carry out their duties through the conference and Sallehen also reminded PAS members to be more civilized and moral if they so not agree with the party’s leadership.
He was the last speaker yesterday and among what is waited by the PAS Conference delegates following the political crisis in Selangor who also received support from the delegates.
