“We have many leaders who are capable of leading Pakatan and be the Opposition Leader, but we will discuss it tomorrow and reach a consensus among Pakatan leaders,” he said.

He said this after witnessing the Agreement Signing Ceremony Between Perspektif Masa Sdn. Bhd. & China Railway Engineering Sdn. Bhd. and the Loan Agreement Signing Ceremony Between MBSB & CREC at the Grand Dorsett Hotel today.

Meanwhile, when commenting on his willingness to replace Anwar’s position, Azmin said that it depends on the decision of the PR leadership council.

“It is not a matter of if I want or do not, but Pakatan’s strength is for us to discuss and make a decision based on cooperation and consensus.

“We will wait until the meeting is over. Whatever mandate is given to me, I will do the best I can,” said Azmin who is also the PKR Deputy President.

In the meantime, he also informed that the candidate for the Permatang Pauh Parliament was not discussed at the meeting last night because they feel that the seat has not been officially vacated.
