KUBANG SEMANG, 27 Apr: PKR received good cooperation from the Central PAS in mobilising the party’s machinery to help in the Permatang Pauh by-election campaign.
The State Election Director, Datuk Mansor Othman, said that cooperation in the campaign process is seen as being together despite negative impacts generated by the media.
“We, at all levels, are confident that the outcome from ongoing negotiations reached a consensus.
“For us, it will not be an issue in achieving victory,” he said during a press conference here at Yayasan Aman.
Mansor said that the PAS machinery has helped a lot in propelling the by-election campaign in all programmes carried out.
“During a special briefing session, about 300 PAS officers together with the Deputy Commissioner, Datuk Dr Mujahid Rawa, helped our machinery to make sure that our candidate wins,” he said.
