SHAH ALAM, 20 May: The state government is in the process of preparing a blueprint to meet the desire to make Selangor developed and to develop at a global level.

The Chief Minister, Mohamed Azmin Ali, said that the move was an attempt to make Selangor a Smart State.

“Among the initiatives to be developed is the smart water management system, supervision and security, and monitoring state products such as manufacturing and agricultural products.

“We will also create an infrastructure to interact with people in real-time called Citizen Pulse.

“Among the main benefits is for every problem in Selangor to be handled efficiently and quickly,” he said in his keynote address during the launching of the Makmur Selangor Agenda (Agenda) and the Darul Ehsan Investment Group (DEIG) today.

He said that the blueprint will be the main platform and is capable of making Selangor the state of choice in the region.

In addition, the state government also intends to explore new areas and produce a more highly skilled workforce.
