SUBANG, 11 June: The state government is always committed to implementing various initiatives to improve public transport systems for the comfort of residents.

“There are two areas in need of improvement in SS19 and Subang Parade. This is because there are too many users that they overflow the bus stop.

“It often happens, especially in the mornings, and is a problem when it rains heavily and the shelter space is insufficient,” she told reporters today.

Hannah said that the cost for the improvement of the bus stop at Jalan SS19/2 costs RM19,968 in collaboration with the Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) and the Ex Excellent Engineering contractor.

The Local Residents Chairman, Khairul Azuan Kamaruzam, said that the attentiveness of the state government and MPSJ in public facilities must be commended.

“Hannah will personally conduct a walkabout to look at the bus stop and she knows that the need for more space is much needed for the convenience of users, especially the residents of SS19,” he said.
