SHAH ALAM, 25 June: The Selangor PAS reiterated their stance to continue to support the Deputy President of PKR, Mohamed Azmin Ali, as the Chief Minister of Selangor and to cooperate with allies in Pakatan Rakyat.

The statement was issued by the State PAS Commissioner, who is also the Exco for Housing, Building Management and Urban Living, Datuk Iskandar A Samad, following a directive issued by the PAS President, Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang.

“He emphasised that the Selangor PAS Excos and Selangor PAS Assemblymen fully support Mohamed Azmin Ali as the Chief Minister of Selangor.

“The state government led by him (Mohamed Azmin) must be maintained to ensure that all state development and welfare agendas can be continued.

“The Selangor government was built on the Pakatan Rakyat Common Policy that has successfully become an example to the country and is a hope to all the people,” he said.

Abdul Hadi, in a statement earlier, directed all PAS Assemblymen in Selangor to support Mohamed Azmin in defending the state government that was built on the trust of the people.
