SHAH ALAM, 7 Aug: The state government appreciates the efforts by NAZA TTDI Group in developing affordable housing for low-income communities.

The Chief Minister, Mohamed Azmin Ali, said that due to economic consequences and the increasing cost of living, it has caused the demand for affordable housing to not only drive the low-income communities, but also the demand is increasing among the middle class.

“NAZA TTDI Group is among the earliest real estate developers based in Selangor.

“Partnering with them is the state government’s intent to tackle urban poverty and urbanise rural communities,” he said during the launch of the NAZA TTDI headquarters.

Azmin said that the NAZA TTDI Group is also encouraged to play a part in financing skills, technical and professional training for the youth.

“It is to produce more young entrepreneurs to participate successfully such as the NAZA Group and to not drown in the wave of entrepreneurship, innovation and technological modernity.

“I hope that the NAZA Group will continue to thrive in shaping the development agenda in Selangor,” he said.
