However, Mohamed Azmin said that PKR will continue discussions as done previously.

“Let them (PAS) discuss. We will continue discussions, and in fact PKR President, Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah, has repeatedly issued statements,” he said.

He said this after accompanying the Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah, to visit the Top Glove factory in Meru, Klang.

Prior to this, the PAS Ulama Council Chairman, Datuk Dr Mahfodz Mohamed, said that the party will consider the decision to leave Selangor following the formation of Pakatan Harapan without PAS.

However, the Selangor PAS Commissioner, Datuk Iskandar Abdul Samad, said that Mahfodz’s statement is personal and does not represent the party.

He also stressed that PAS will remain in the government led by the PKR Chief Minister even after Pakatan Harapan was formed.
