Selangor Sultan officiates Top Glove Tower

SHAH ALAM, 1 Oct: The Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah, officiated the corporate office building of Top Glove in Setia Alam today.

Located on a site of two acres, the Top Glove Tower that is 23-storeys is an office and Grade A commercial centre that meets the Green Building Index (GBI) of the gold standard.

He said that the company also plans to build more factories and high-tech machines in the future to expand the glove business worldwide.

“Our goal is to create a corporate office centre to house the management staff towards improving quality, communications and efficiency of operations.

“We are also committed to push Shah Alam to a higher level and act as a complement to the new Setia Alam urban development,” he said.

Top Glove is the world’s largest glove manufacturer and has more than 2,000 worldwide customers.

The company also exports gloves to over 195 countries.
