台风北冕袭菲律宾　马尼拉机场暂时关闭

（马尼拉3日讯）台风北冕（Typhoon Kammuri）今日吹袭菲律宾，造成局部地区停班停课，首都马尼拉国际机场在安全考量下宣布暂时关闭。

马尼拉尼诺伊艾奎诺国际机场（Ninoy Aquino International Airport）将从上午11时至晚间11时预防性关闭12小时，不过在未受台风影响区域的航班照常运作。

据外媒报导，威力强大的台风周二晚吹毁当地的部分民宅，造成沿海地区的浪潮汹涌。北冕预定扫过马尼拉南方地区。马尼拉除了是约1300万人的家园，也聚集数千名前来参与东南亚运动会 的运动员。

天气预报显示，北冕强度未减，最大持续风速每小时155公里，瞬间最大阵风时速235公里，往西北方向移动。

灾害应变官员孟多萨说，当局仍持续评估今次风灾所造成的灾损，目前的情况看起来相当严重。”
