SHAH ALAM, 19 Aug: Central Spectrum (M) Sdn Bhd (CSSB), a member of the Darul Ehsan Berhad Group (KDEB), has established the ‘Halal International Selangor’ (HIS) division for the Thoyyiban Halalan Delivery Guarantee service for firms, individuals, entrepreneurs and investors domestically and from abroad.

The HIS Chief Operating Officer, Fe Jazzareen Mor Japar Khan, said that HIS was established as the key driver in the socio-economics of the Thoyyiban Halalan Global Commerce and Industry by combining ‘Fardu Ain’ and ‘Fardu Kifayah’.

He said that HIS concentrates on 10 key areas; Real Estate, Delivery Guarantee, Market Development, Distribution Chain, Capacity Development, Human Capital Development, Industrial Development, Licensing and Royalties, Funding and Finance and Lifestyle.

The HIS target sectors are devoted to the delivery guarantee in the logistics sector, the critical Halal sector, especially with high growth potential such as gelatin, collagen and preservatives.

According to him, the high value sectors include pharmaceuticals and nutraceutical such as the services sector in tourism and lifestyle.
