“Among the projects involved are Taman Selayang Mutiara, Bukit Botak (164 potential buyers), the Rimba Jaya Low Cost Housing (104), Ukay Indah Sungai Sering Low Cost Housing (116), The Lembah Subang 2 Low Cost Housing (262) and the Berembang Indah Low Cost Housing (28),” he said.

He said this during the Selangorku Homes Purchase Special Financing Scheme Agreement Signing Ceremony at the State Government Secretary (SUK) Building foyer today.

The scheme will finance up to 97.5 percent of the property value with a tenure of 30 or 60 years.

The list of applications will be screened by the Selangor Housing and Property Board (LPHS) and the state authorities before their names are submitted to Maybank Islamic for financing approval.

At the same time, Mohamed Azmin said that the state government is optimistic that the target of 15,000 units of Selangorku Housing units can be completed within the stipulated period.

He said that it can be realised through collaboration between LPHS and private developers to hold the Selangorku Housing launching and registration programme.

“So far, 11 Selangorku Homes projects have been launched involving 12,409 units.

“I am confident that in the next two years, the Selangor government’s target will be achieved,” he said.
