PETALING JAYA, 30 Sept: The Chairman of the Melayu NGO, Datuk Jamal Md Yunos, should not waste time holding a demonstration in Kajang because there is no problem there, said the Kajang Assemblyman, Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.
He said that the action is an attempt to divert the issue that the country is facing various crises such as the image of the Prime Minister and 1MDB.
Instead, it would be better if he and other pressure groups demonstrated on current issued that are plaguing the country when the country is being stigmatized by outside communities.
“Why do it (demonstrate) in Kajang? This tactic is to divert the issue.
“Make it about the haze, 1MDB, the economy and negative publicity received by Najib,” she said when asked to comment on Jamal’s desire to hold a red shirt rally that is big scaled in Kajang.
