KOTA DAMANSARA, 1 June: The Chief Minister, Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim is ready to consider proposals for the position of political liaison for the state from PAS and DAP.
Abdul Khalid said that if there is anyone in PAS or DAP who has the ability to hold the office, he will not hesitate to give the person the post.
“I think that I will discuss this matter with Pakatan Rakyat because Datuk Saifuddin Nasution Ismail’s presence is founded as an opportunity to get him to be a political medium.
“I know that he has the time for this task,” said Abdul Khalid.
he said this when he was met after presenting awards in the Etiqa International Junior Master 2013 Golf Championship which was held here at the Seri Selangor Golf Club.
Khalid said that every member of the executive committee appointed will work as a team to develop Selangor, particularly focusing on rural and poor communities.
Previously, Saifuddin who was also the PKR Secretary-General was suggested by Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to be the political liaison for the Selangor Chief Minister’s Office at the PKR 9th National Congress recently.
