SHAH ALAM, 8 Aug: The Central PAS meeting to discuss Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim’s position as the Chief Minister of Selangor which was scheduled for August 13 has again been postponed to August 17.
The PAS Secretary-General, Datuk Mustafa Ali, said that the amendment had to be made because there are some members who are not able to attend the meeting on August 13.
“Because this meeting is important, PAS wants to ensure that everyone can attend, so Insya-Allah, everyone can attend on August 17,” he said, quoted from Harakah Daily.
He said that the Central PAS meeting to discuss the issue was scheduled to be held on August 10, but was postponed to August 13.
“Insya-Allah everyone can attend the meeting on August 10, but the date was seen as not mature enough in light of the developments. That is why we postponed it to August 13,” he explained.
