SUBANG JAYA, 29 Jan: The Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) will conduct a study on the implementation of the coupon parking system for a period of six months, until August 1.

The MPSJ Yang DiPErtua, Datuk Nor Hisham Ahmad Dahlan, said that the results of the study will be used to facilitate the system’s implementation which will be started by the local authority on February 2.

“We have agreed that the area equipped with coupon machines will be maintained and continued in the next six months, while new areas without the facility will be postponed.

“During that period, we will thoroughly study it and look at the results and effectiveness, as well as the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP),” he said.

He said that MPSJ will obtain feedback from the public and various parties when they announce the implementation of the system.

“Consequently, council members and MPSJ feels the need to carry out a comprehensive study for six months,” he said.
