SHAH ALAM, 10 Dec: The Kuala Selangor District Council (MDKS) has been urged to immediately take action on the rotting branches on the path towards Puncak Alam.

He said that swift action needs to be carried out before any mishap occurs, especially during the current unpredictable weather conditions.

“Many of the branches have broken off and are hanging among other branches.

“Imagine if these branches fall when there are users, wouldn’t it be dangerous.

“I have tried several times to contact MDKS to submit a complaint, but unfortunately it has failed,” he complained to Selangor Kini.

Meanwhile, Selangor Kini’s attempt in calling the MDKS complaints hotline was answered by the operator only after a phone call.

MDKS took note of the complaint filed and promised that immediate action will be carried out for the safety of users and residents of Puncak Alam.

MDKS would also like to thank the complainant and hope that there are many people who are willing to cooperate with MDKS.
