SHAH ALAM, 12 Jan: The military court ruled that Major Zaidi Ahmad was guilty of the charge of speaking to the media without the consent of the Defence Ministry and sharing confidential information with the media without the consent of the Armed Forces Council.
However, members of the court have yet to decide the form of punishment because the punishment mitigation process is still underway.
Prior to this, Zaidy managed to deliver a message after being warned that he will face charges of contempt of court if he continues to mention political factors in his testimony to reduce the sentence on the offenses.
