Seven police officers raid office, Zunar still in London

SHAH ALAM, 28 Jan: A team of police officers today raided the office of famous cartoonist, Zulkifli Anwar Ulhaq, better known as Zunar.

“They are only looking for Zunar. The police are still at the office,” the source said.

The source said that initially there were two police officers, but now it has grown up to seven.

Zunar is a cartoonist who often features satirical cartoons that are politically motivated.

He was arrested under the Sedition Act following the publication of ‘Cartoon-O-Phobia’ which is said to contain sensitive issues.

These included the murder of Altantuya, the conspiracy against Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, the submarine issue and the Prime Minister’s wife, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor.
