“It is up to the discretion of my friends on what to do after this if anything happens (after the Federal Court’s decision),” he said, taken from a Bernama report after a talk at the compound of the Kemaman Keadilan Office in Bandar Cukai yesterday.

In addition, Anwar, who is the Opposition Leader, said that the meeting will also discuss problems arising between parties in PR, which are PKR, PAS and DAP.

He said that the PAS President, Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang, and the DAP Secretary-General and Chief Minister of Penang, Lim Guan Eng, have also agreed to attend the meeting.

The meeting will be held two days before the federal Court’s decision on February 10 regarding Anwar’s appeal against his conviction and the five-year imprisonment sentence on the offence of sodomy that was decided by the Court of Appeal last year.
