KLANG, 20 Mar: Over 500 people visited the Bandar Bukit Raja Selangorku Homes sales centre to obtain information on the scheme introduced by the Selangor government to help the people own affordable housing.
Officiated by the Chief Minister, Mohamed Azmin Ali, the event today also opened up registration for those interested.
A total of 2,403 units are being provided by the developer Sime Darby Property (SDP) with prices starting at RM150,000 to RM250,000.
In addition to this project, Mohamed Azmin launched six other projects in Selangor during the month of March.
On Sunday, he will be opening the registration for the Selangorku Homes project in Bandar Rimbayu, Telok Panglima Garang.
There are nine Selangorku Homes projects under the ‘Selangorku Homes Encouragement Incentive Scheme 2015’ approved by the state government with a total of 11,833 units.
This number does not include over 22,444 units that will be built by 2018.
