On the complaint page, users can enter all information such as category and type of complaint, the area of the problem, description of problems and so on.

Meanwhile, the complaints location allows complainants to mark the location of the complaint on a map to facilitate locating problems or complaints more quickly.

Meanwhile, the attachment allows complainants to upload picture attachments in the format of “jpg” with sizes not exceeding 2MB per attachment.

To complete the complaint, complainants are required to enter the reference number and the personal identification number, e-mail or phone number to allow details of the complaint to be shown.
