SHAH ALAM, 19 May: Worldwide Holdings Berhad is now recognised as a leading property developer and provider of environmental management services in the country by receiving recognition at national and international levels.
The Chairman of Worldwide Holdings Berhad, Datuk Noordin Sulaiman, said that the recognitions achieved include ‘The Brand Laureate Best Brands Corporate Branding in Real Estate Property’ in 2014 and 2015.
“Worldwide Holdings was also dubbed the ‘Best Employer of Choice 2014’ by the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management.
“This group was also awarded the Green Building Index (GBI) certification for the Worldwide Tower located at the Golden Triangle in Kuala Lumpur,” he said during the dinner in conjunction with Worldwide Holdings’ 25th anniversary.
Worldwide was also awarded the MSC Malaysia Cybercentre status in June 2014 by the Malaysian government for providing an exciting ecosystem to attract ICT investors.
Noordin said that throughout 25 years, Worldwide Malaysia Berhad has offered a wide range of environmental management services.
“This includes a solid waste disposal site, waste construction system, landfill gas management, clean development mechanism (CDM) and consulting services,” he said.
In addition to celebrating achievements and awards to employees, the highlight of the dinner was the launch of the Coffee Table book by the Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah.
