SHAH ALAM, 21 June: A total of 1,000 seedlings were provided for free to the people of Petaling in conjunction with the Petaling city’s 9th anniversary.
The Director of the Public and Corporate Relations Unit, Haniza Abdul Hamid, said that this is to appreciate the support given by the residents to MBPJ.
He said in conjunction with this, MBPJ is also providing free services involving payment exemptions for the use of public amenities such as halls, sports facilities and the swimming pool.
“The swimming pool service begins as early as nine in the morning until night and the sports facilities as early as sight in the morning until 11 at night,” he said in a press statement.
MBPJ i also opening library membership for free to all new members at the Petaling Jaya Community Library, Jalan Selangor.
“Registration is only limited to the first 300 people who came this morning,” he said.
