BERSIH: No wrong address again Rahman Dahlan

SHAH ALAM, 7 Sept: There will be no red carpet for the Minister of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government, Datuk Rahman Dahlan, following the wrong address where a notice worth RM65,000 was sent by the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) against Bersih 2.0 which organised the Bersih 4.0 rally.

The cynical statement was issued by the Chairman of Bersih 2.0, Maria Chin Abdullah, via Facebook while uploading a photo of a gate marked with a banner that said Bersih 4.0 and a huge arrow showing the office number.

“(Datuk) Rahman Dahlan – in case you cannot find the Bersih office again, sorry, there will not be a red carpet,” she said.

Abdul Rahman previously demanded for the organisers of Bersih 40 to pay for cleanup costs at the site of the rally, including property damage throughout the rally, which lasted for almost 36 hours on August 29 and 30.

However, Maria stressed that they will not pay it and bring the case to court.
