SHAH ALAM, 2 Oct: Thunderstorms, heavy rains and strong wind are predicted to hit several states this evening.
The warning was issued by the Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) via Facebook today.
Among the states involved are Negeri Sembilan (Jempol, Tampin, Kuala Pilah, Rembau and Port Dickson), Malacca, johor (Segamat, Kedang, Muar, Batu Pahat, Kluang and Mersing) and Pahang (Maran, Bera, Rompin, Pekan and Kuantan).
People can refer to the MetMalaysia website at http://www.doe.gov.my and www.met.gov.my to know the weather in respective areas.
