SHAH ALAM, 15 Oct: Selangor remains recording moderate Air Pollution Index (API) readings with readings between 51 to 100 as of 10 o’clock this morning.
According to the Department of Environment (DOE) official website, 36 areas recorded moderate API readings while 14 other areas recorded good readings.
Malacca City and Bukit Rambai were also seen as improving when it recorded moderate readings of 75 and 77 compared to the previous unhealthy readings of 122 and 106 as of 6 pm on October 13.
API readings between 0 to 50 is good, 51 to 100 (moderate), 101 to 200 (unhealthy), 201 to 300 (very unhealthy) and 300 and above (hazardous).
