Two Malaysian youth MPS join PKR

PETALING JAYA, 1 Sept: Two Malaysian youth MPs joined the Keadilan Youth MOvement (AMK) to express the struggle for reform, as outlined by BERSIH 2.0 and PKR today.

The inclusion of the two youths was announced by the PKR Secretary General, Rafizi Ramli, during a press conference at the party headquarters, and was also attended by the AMK Chief, Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad, and the Information Chief, Syed Ibrahim Syed Noh.

Malaysian youth for Selangor, Wan Abdullah Mujahid Hasanuddin and Mohd Mustaqim Abdul Jalil (PAHANG) were both previously active in IKRAM.

Wan Abdullah Mujahid, 29, has a degree in law and jurisprudence from the International Islamic University (IIUM), a graduate diploma in Arabic from the Kiftaro Institute in Syaria, and is now pursing a graduate degree.

He is also a Aqsa Syarif activist and has several businesses in addition to being active in participating in missions to Gaza and Lebanon, and regularly participates in international Islamic movements.

Mohd Mustaqim is a preacher who has an Islamic education qualification and is active in motivational seminars and youth training throughout Pahang, in addition to being a Aqsa Syarif volunteer.

Wan Abdullah Mujahid will be given a place in the Malaysian AMK Exco with a special portfolio in spurring democratization among the young generation, in addition to focusing on efforts for international volunteers and entrepreneurs.

He will be assisted by Mojd Mustaqim, who will join the PKR campaign in Pahang.
