SHAH ALAM, 19 Feb: The PKNS Property Collection 2014, which is being held at the SACC Mall in Shah Alam over the past four days, achieved total sales of over RM8.6 million.
The PKNS Public Relations Manager, Ishak Hashim, said that among the projects that were well received is the Pinang Heights condominium, a project with a combination of essential elements in the Green Building Index (GBI), which recorded the highest sales.
“Pinang Heights, which is located in Section 18 in Shah Alam, is exclusive, with only 60 units, equipped with a swimming pool, 24-hour security and other condominium facilities.
The wide space, from 1,238 to 1,421 sq ft, is perfect for those wanting to invest or to make it their home,” he said in a statement.
The Vega Residency 1 project in Cyberjaya, which is located at the Selangor Science Park II, a part of an integrated mixed township in a high-tech development area, was also sold.
With a modern design, Vega Residency 1 is seen to be an asset for investors, with its close location to alternative roads.
Ishak said that the PKNS Property Collection 2014 also showcased the Citrina 2 project in Bernam Jaya and also the Gapi Avenue 3 Office Buildings at Antara Gapi.
Meanwhile, the Citrina 2 – two-storey modern cluster homes surrounded by greenery, was sold at a starting price of RM292,486 with an area of 1,453 to 2,038 sq ft, making it a very worthwhile investment.
He added that there are two other projects to be launched by PKNS and is now open for registration; a two-storey link house at Kota Puteri and Semi-Detached houses at Antara Gapi.
The PKNS Property Collection 2014 is still going on at the SACC Mall in Shah Alam from 9 March, starting from 10am to 8pm.
