SHAH ALAM, 1 Apr: PKR questioned the move by the Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Run Razak, of easily concluding that the MH370 aircraft ‘ended in the Indian Ocean’.
The Member of Parliament for Padang Serai, N Surendran, said that Najib made the conclusion merely based on analysis by the Inmarsat satellite data without any concrete evidence.
“Just like that, Najib made the conclusion. It is clear that the government is not transparent in handling the MH370 issue.
Complete information did not reach the families, they want to know why and the reason of concluding that the aircraft ended there,” he said, quoted from Keadilan Daily.
Meanwhile, Surendran also questioned the arrogance of the BN government in refusing to discuss with any other party in managing the crisis.
“The government is not showing good performance, the local media is controlled, the government continues to be arrogant, and Members of Parliament from Pakatan Rakyat were not called to discuss with BN.
“They also failed to discuss with the Opposition Leader. They did everything themselves and did not want to discuss,” he said.
