SHAH ALAM, 14 Sept: The Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) is organising a Healthy Cooking Competition in conjunction with Green City 2030.
It is scheduled to start at 11.30 am to 1 pm at the Main Stage, Garden Boulevard West (Indoor) One City, Subang Jaya, on September 28.
The competition, which is organised by Panasonic Malaysia Sdn Bhd, is open to all visitors and has the theme of healthy cooking with a time of one hour per individual.
MPSJ will also provide exciting prizes for each winner.
The first place to the third place winners will take home electronics sponsored by Panasonic while the consolation prizes are worth up to RM150.
The objective of the competition is to raise awareness of a healthy lifestyle with a healthy diet for the whole family.
It also encourages the people to prepare nutritious food by creating awareness about a balanced nutritional intake.
