SHAH ALAM, 13 Feb: The PKR President, Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, is expected to arrive with her two children to visit the family of the late Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, this evening.
Wan Azizah will depart for Kota Bharu after visiting her husband, who is also the PKR de facto leader, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, at the Sungai Buloh Prison around two o’clock this afternoon.
Through her status on Facebook, Wan Azizah gave the impression that Anwar will not go with her to Kota Bharu to visit the grave of the former Chief Minister of Kelantan, who was safely buried at 11 o’clock this morning.
“The family had just finished visiting Anwar at the Sungai Buloh Prison. He sends his greetings to the whole family, leaders, staff and proponents.
“He asked to continue the spirit and fight. Do not shed tears, continue to fight.
“(he also) conveyed condolences to the family of Tuan Guru Nik Aziz,” she said, representing Anwar’s office.
Prior to this, Anwar, who is also the Opposition Leader, reportedly asked the prison authorities to allow him to attend the funeral of the PAS Spiritual Leader.
