“Each year, we have provisions for youth development, but we are ready to look into the proposal, but what is important is how the programme for youth generation development can be benefited,” said Amiruddin when contacted by Selangor Kini today.

Amirudin explained that he is willing to meet with the Hulu Kelang Assemblyman, Saari Sungib, as the party who submitted the proposal recently.

Previously, Saari suggested that the Youth Development Trust Fund related to sports, art and culture was created for each segment of youth in the state to develop with the involvement of various parties.

He proposed for the community, corporate bodies and NGOs to be more proactive in the youth development agenda for the success of the trust fund.
