7 Selangorku Homes projects developed in 2015

SUBANG JAYA, 25 Aug: A total of seven Selangorku Homes projects were developed in the Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) area for this year.

The MPSJ Yang Dipertua, Datuk Nor Hisham Ahmad, said that so far two projects have been granted planning permission (PP) while five others will be awarded by year-end.

He said that the five Selangorku projects have also been passed at the state government level.

“We support the construction of Selangorku Homes and are willing to grant PP when applied for by developers.

“The project that has received PP so far is the subsidiary of Mitrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd which is Leo Vista Sdn Bhd.

“While another project is under Sime Darby Property in Putra Heights,” he said in a press conference.

Prior to this, he performed the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Development Project for 408 Affordable Housing Units (Selangorku Homes) at Taman Prima Puchong.

Also present was the Chairman of the Mitrajaya Holdings Berhad Board, Tan Sri Ismail Hassan and the Seri Serdang Assemblyman, Noor Hanim Ismail.

Two blocks will be built including 272 units in Block A, which 18 storeys, and 136 units in Block B, which is 16 storeys.

The stratified residence also features a variety of public facilities such as car parks, kindergartens, a hall, management office, retail spaces, open spaces and a basketball court.

Measuring 900 square feet, each unit features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, drying area and access to the Light Rail Transit (LRT) stop which is currently under construction and the major highway.

The project that will begin in October 2015 and will be completed in 2018 will be sold at RM180,000.
