SHAH ALAM, 9 Sept: Residents around the Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) can use four multi-purpose halls that are complete with public amenities at affordable prices.
The Corporate Communications Officer, Muhammad Azli Miswan, said that the halls are being provided in addition to existing halls, in addition to providing the best service to the people of MPSJ.
“Rental rates also vary according to the event and date, whether it is a weekday or a holiday,” he said in a statement today.
The four halls are the Batu Tiga MPSJ Multi-purpose Hall (Taman Batu Tiga), The Bukit Puchong MPSJ Multi-purpose Hall (Bandar Bukit Puchong), The Bukit Serdang Section 13 Multi-purpose Hall (The Sanderson) and the Jalan Perindustrian PP2 MPSJ Multi-purpose Hall (Fine Leather).
Rental rates for badminton and sepak takraw courts are as low as RM14 for weekdays and RM18 for holidays, not including the goods and services tax (GST) charges.
For wedding ceremonies, the charges are between RM600 to RM1,050 (weekdays) or RM1,000 to RM1,750 (public holidays), excluding GST charges.

However, for wedding events, manual reservations must be done earlier or sic months before the date of the event.
