SHAH ALAM, 12 Oct: The Klang Municipal Council (MPK) opened counters for business renewal for 2016 starting last week until December 31.
The MPK Head of Corporate Communications, Norfiza Mahfiz, said that they set up counters at several selected locations to facilitate the public.
“Among these locations are GM Klang, Shaw Centrepoint, Centro, Giant Hypermarket Complex, Bukit Raja, Aeon Bukit Tinggi, Harbour Place and Klang Parade.
“After the due date, enforcement action will be imposed on premises that do not pay for the license and it will be cancelled, and owners must submit a new application,” she said in a statement.
She said that licensees are advised to check the license renewal notice received by them.
“It is the notice for the renewal for the 2016 Business Licence that must be paid before the end of this year,” she said.
She said that relevant parties can check the schedule at the MPK website of the MPKlang Communication Channel Facebook page to know the time and day to make payment.
