Cycling 20 km to launch Selangorku Homes

SHAH ALAM, 5 Apr: The Chief Minister, Mohamed Azmin Ali, today cycled 20 kilometres to attend the Selangorku Homes launching ceremony.

Prior to this, he attended the flag-off of the Shah Alam Enduride programme at the Shah Alam city centre at about 7 am.

“The message is that the Chief Minister is young and energetic, so are the Exco members and other elected representatives.

“It is also to demonstrate the commitment of the state government in setting up high-value housing that can be afforded by the people,” he said during the Launching and Registration Ceremony of Selangorku Homes in Alam Budiman this morning.

Also present was the Exco for Housing, Datuk Iskandar Abdul Samad, and the Chairman of Sin Heap Lee Development Sdn Bhd, Tengku Abdul Samad Shah Ibni Almarhum Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah.

Mohamed Azmin also submitted the offer letter to some of the buyers of the 850 square feet apartment.

There are 536 units offered at prices between RM168,000 to RM178,000, consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 car park lots.
